Potluck is a marketplace connecting home cooks with local buyers. You are the seller of record and responsible for following your state's cottage-food laws.

Food safety

Food is made in home kitchens that aren't state-inspected. You must label allergens accurately and honor buyer allergy notes. Potluck can't guarantee allergen-free food.

Payments & fees

Payments run through Stripe. Potluck charges buyers a service fee (3% + $1) and keeps 10% of the item total; the rest is paid out to you as soon as you scan the order at pickup, arriving in your bank in 1–2 business days.

Conduct

Buyers and sellers rate each other. Repeated no-shows, unsafe handling, or abuse can lead to removal.
